PREQUAL pre-qualification allows Contractors to demonstrate that their health & safety management systems have been independently assessed, providing an initial indication of their ability to perform work safely.
We have completed the PREQUAL Contractor assessment process and obtained a 5 stars rating.
This means:
- Our Health & Safety policies, practices and procedures have been independently assessed
- Our insurances have been verified and our work is guaranteed
- We meet the requirements of our clients who require us to have completed the PREQUAL assessment
- We take the health & safety of our people seriously

Competence will only be tested when something goes wrong. Customers of electrical contractors have a duty to ensure the safety of their own employees. That responsibility also extends to the employees of the contractor employed.
Registration or licensing as an electrical worker does not mean that an individual is competent to work in all fields of electrical work. At Athenry Electrical, we have developed the processes, procedures, practices and documentation to demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement in Health and Safety.
